Trading halt with price at 49 cents, up 4.5 cents from Friday. NAV around 57 cents. I will grab if offer 53 cents. Best of all buy and dissolve sabana and give me Cambridge shares.

Well,... in its 2Q Report (under Outlook), it declared that if the acquisitions can' t go through, they can use the proceeds from the Rights to pay-down short-term debts,...

If mgr not capable in getting/keeping tenant it maybe better to divest all properties to other who can and return both sale proceed and previous right issuance back to share holders. 😉
Dpu drop again as expected. Only lifeline is strategic review. Least say about this stock, the better.
NAV must now include the cash portion from the rights issuance

Debt is always there part of business so that is not a good reason to reduce debt as the right issues is to invest on others area now that doesn' t take place then the Money Must declare special dividend to return to share holder
