because prime have a good sponsor hence i only think twice abt buying stock when it breach or touch $0.10
but prime might not face this scenario due to having a good sponsor

IN THE CASE OF PRIME, SUPPORT LEVELS CAN ONLY BE DETERMINED WHEN THE SELLING HAS STOPPED JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS TIME WHEN PRIME WAS $0.088. EVEN AT THAT TIME, THE SUPPORT LEVEL WAS CONSISTENT OVER 1-2 MONTH PERIOD.

GO AND LOOK AT INTEREST COVERAGE FIRST WHEREBY ICR MUST EXCEED 2.5X. IF IT EXCEED, THEN HAVE CHANCE TO HAVE MAS PRESCRIBED RATIO OF 50%. BUT IF IT MEET THE ICR CRITERIA, THEN I THINK MOST LIKELY HAVE HIGH CHANCE OF NOT MEETING TECHNICAL DEFAULT. IF IT DIDNT MEET THE ICR CRITERIA, ONLY THEN YOU NEED TO BE WORRIED AS MAS PRESCRIBED SUCH REITS TO MEET 45% DEBT/TOTAL ASSETS RATIO. CURRENTLY, PRIME TOTAL DEBT/TOTAL ASSET IS ABOUT 42-43% AND MEET THE ICR RATIO. sO ITS SAFE FOR NOW.
