The company is deliberately vague in their announcements.
No mention of what subsidiaries are involved or if the sale involves 1% or 99% of their assets.
Perfect for insider churning.
It&rsquo s almost the end of the year, grab and run.
Than short is sure gain, moreover already below opening price, looks like no buying interest.

this one 10+ years ago in fashion already. Addvalue tech or Adventus etc.. Many got burnt badly. Got one user here even sold his house to pay the losses.
