INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL OF SUBSIDIARY 
 
 
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of RH Petrogas Limited (the " Company" , and together with its 
subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company has increased its investment in its 
wholly-owned subsidiary RH Petrogas Investments Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo RHPI&rdquo ), from S$2 to S$340,766 by the 
capitalisation of the loan amount of US$272,808 (equivalent to S$340,764, based on the exchange 
rate of US$1.00 : S$1.2491 as at 30 June 2014) owing by RHPI to the Company, into 340,764 
ordinary shares, credited as fully paid-up in the share capital of RHPI (the &ldquo Additional 
Investment&rdquo ). 
 
The Additional Investment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings 
and net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 
2014. 
 
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, 
in the above transaction, save for their interest owing by way of their shareholdings and/or 
directorships, as the case may be in the Company.
