If i have 800 units Capitamall Trust. and 1000 units Capitacom Trust, How will the Merger impact me?

Reacting late is one reason...

REITs with assets in other countries besides SG spiked-up too.

Could it be because of negative interest rates coming soon ?

Ya,    manulife reit,  sasseur reit, CMT, Mapletree commercial all went up today.

Keppel dc reit also all time high also.

All still cheaper than what was before March levels.

Bro,.. did you notice the spike-up for ' ALL' SG REITs from abt 4 pm today ?? I' m sure if you ask around, all REIT investors will tell you their ctr went up at around that time today,...

Any reasons that you may be aware of or may speculate on on why this happened,....

It' ll be good if it can continue to climb, and to increase the dividend payout. I am banking on its better resilience later after the merging with CCT. CICT will become the largest REIT, surpassing the size of Ascendas REIT.

Now Mall shop not open ... only got ntuc and food court . Still very crowded . Especially Heartland Mall lol

damn, previously bought too few lots when the price is still $1.8. Do you guys think this share is still worth to buy at $2 or more? No doubt many will flock to the mall once open, I just wonder how long will it take for the mall to be back to the previous peak price assume vaccine is still under development stage yet? p/s until today there is still no vaccine for SARS or MERS.
