Things will unravel in the coming days,... but for now, I' m with Keppel Pacific Oak, gents,... Avoiding MUST too,... can see in the MUST thread,...
Mkt Futures is pricing in Feds will start cutting rates in first or second qtr, 2024,... surprise

i think you are the one making the mistake as i think prime leverage is close to what the other user stated. @Delvsotec

Hi will like to ask what is MAS preferred gearing ratio? is it TL/TA? cos there are many gearing ratio in financial analysis.

This evening,..... Core PCE at the expected lower percentage in October vs the previous month. The US Indices flew as I am writing now.... could be at yesterday' s close, many investors decided to offload their holdings in case tonight' s major economic number is high, which would make the Feds think abt hiking again, let alone pausing or cutting rates. We' ll see how high will our REITs run this morning.
