WHAT THE &lsquo UNDECIDED&rsquo CAMP SAY TODAY interviewed 10 healthcare workers from both public and private hospitals. Half of them are undecided about getting the vaccine. Most of them cannot be named as they are not authorised to speak to the media. The healthcare workers who are undecided said they are mostly concerned about whether the vaccine has any possible long-term side effects that are not yet known due to its swift development. They pointed out that there are currently no long-term studies on the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that has been approved for use here and much is still unknown about how this vaccine, which uses new messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology, would affect individuals in the long-run.
Said one nurse from KK Women&rsquo s and Children&rsquo s Hospital (KKH): &ldquo What&rsquo s going to happen to my body in 10 years after I take the vaccine? No one can tell me that.&rdquo

Once 70 it will start a home run to 1.00
Results nearing and this is a huge catalyst. $1.00 is confirmed.
Just wait and see I am right or not.

Rubber Gloves
4QCY20F preview: Another strong showing
CIMB 12 Jan 2021

■ We forecast UGHC and RSTON to report another quarter of record earnings
in 4QCY20F, with net profits jumping 54x/8.5x yoy, respectively.
■ Fundamentals of glovemakers remain strong as ASP uptrend continues,
which could support stronger earnings in quarters ahead.
■ We see value emerging post the removal of share price overhang (lifting of
Bursa&rsquo s short-selling restriction). Maintain Add on UGHC and RSTON.

Fundamentals intact with ASP remaining firmly on an uptrend
We believe fundamentals of glovemakers remain strong in FY21F, as resurgence in Covid- 19 worldwide underpin firm demand for gloves. The Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) estimates that the global glove shortage situation will persist in 2021F, due to increased usage in the medical field as well as in non-medical industries (retail, F& B, etc.). Based on our channel checks, glove ASPs remain firmly on an uptrend, which could support strong earnings in quarters ahead.

UGHC 2QFY6/21F net profit: S$30m (+31% qoq, 54-fold jump yoy)
We forecast UGHC to report net profit of S$30m (+31% qoq, 54-fold increase yoy) in 2QFY6/21F. UGHC said its distribution companies&rsquo inventory levels remain low, and have to be managed on a very tight schedule based on just-in-time delivery.
We estimate that UGHC&rsquo s ASP rose by 10-20% mom in Dec, and will further increase by 5-10% mom in Jan and Feb 2021. We believe further ASP uptrend can be supported by the narrowing price gap for gloves between developing and developed countries.

RSTON 4Q20F net profit: RM275m (+54% qoq, +757% yoy)
We forecast RSTON to report net profit of RM275m (+54% qoq, +757% yoy) in 4Q20. We estimate its healthcare gloves&rsquo ASP grew 10-15% mom in Dec/Jan, and could likely rise by another 5-10% in Feb to c.US$100 per thousand pcs. Cleanroom gloves&rsquo ASP were also raised by 10-15% in Jan, and currently stand at c.US$110 per thousand pcs.

We believe margin expansion trend should continue in coming quarters, as ASP hikes continue to outpace raw material cost increases.

Overhang removed, value emerging
Glovemakers have seen share price correction of c.30% since Nov due to 1) vaccine development newsflow, and subsequently 2) share price overhang from the impending lifting of Bursa Malaysia&rsquo s short-selling suspension on 1 Jan 2021.
Currently, UGHC and RSTON are trading at 5.2x and 9.4x CY22F, respectively, which we think more than prices in earnings normalisation post Covid-19.

We reiterate our Add calls on both UGHC and RSTON, and see upcoming results announcements in Feb as a near-term share price catalyst.

UGHC remains our preferred pick given its relatively cheaper valuation and our expectations of higher normalised profits, backed by a 59% yoy manufacturing capacity expansion expected in CY21F.

UG after building a base at 65 over last two days, now it will resume surging momentum
89 cts is still a steep 50% from ir' s natural homing price of 1.77 cts. When the production goal  of doublng revenue is reached,it can be a staggering 3.60 stock, all happening in a whiff in  2021.This stock will do quantum leaps not the boring hop, step and jump.

Ismail Sabri: PM will announce Malaysia' s next steps, possibility of MCO on Monday (Jan 11) | The StarAgree.. should have more upside.
Glove companies stock prices likely to trend back up as gloves demands are not going away for a while. All productions are pre committed with high ASPs.
Waiting time are Surgical glove is 250 days, Nitrile glove 560 days ( from TG slides)
UG is one of the most undervalued glove player imo.
TP around 1.35 to 1.70 by Phillips and CIMB i think.
Upside avg about 128%.. Dyodd.
