Last friday,  i think got 2 or 3 transactions more than 100k SGD coming in, 


At around 13: 22 time,  got someone buy in 200K ( 200lots i think ) 

Anyone saw that ? 

 

In short, capitaland as a whole will be good to their shareholders one la. 

Capitaland is like an empire.  A lot of strong reits are sub of capitaland.  They are like " Sun Tze" : Grow as a whole but fall individually + and provide support where it' s needed with their other sub. 

Their stocks are not cheap, but are worth what you pay for.  They perform better.  Good management will bring value to the stock. 

 

i asked the managment, this is their reply:

think garment good work got notice by businesses. better to be in singapore where the goverment 
put real money and force landlord to chip in difficult time.
other places can only open mouth big big.
hope the relevant deparment can ride on this good atmosphere to invite more business to setup
