This counter formerly VanDerHorse!!! V bad record causing many to lose big $$! Now go searching oil in village area.....lucky still listed. Market up it stay put, market down it follow. It' s waiting to go down!!! Every year lose $$$! No dividend !! Gone case!

Look at its NTA, negative. It is already red flag. With cash on hand at around US$1.8m, how long can it last? The company has no choice but to raise additional shares for working capital, else there will be going-concern. This company is definitely for not real investment.
