I believe UG may give about 5c to 6c per share based on their record earnings and glove companies dividends policies..
H1 earnings likely to be about $50 to $53m.
UG will make at least $100m this year.
Outstanding shares about 615m shares
Using 20% will be 20m. Dividends est to be $20m/ 615m shares = 3.25c per share
Using 30%, Dividends will be $30m/ 615m = 4.87c
Using 40%, Dividends will be 6.5c
TG dividends is 50% plus 20% this coming yr.
Riverstone paid 55% last year.
Looking forward to some BIG angbao to be announced next month..

I pity those who have to sell their caviar at cow dung price. Never mind how kiasu fund analysts are,but there are not one but at least five top banking group targeting UG with 100-140 % rise from 72 cts. Even the uber conservative Philips guys are pandering near 100% upside. I must be zero balls to sell with this kind of odds in the stock' s favour.

It actually today breaks 73 resistance level strongly and went up to 74.
It is a  healthy correction may be for 3 cents down, next level up is adjusted to 83.
When it returns, It might by passing 77

Didn' t you state emphatically that the ASP of gloves by Aspen to distributor is way above average i.e.
$100 for 1000 pc when other majors are sellng at aro 70-80 per 1000 pc.If this is so,why should
UG buy higher than average ASP? All furmmers can view Aspen forum site for his postings yesterday.
Frankly,I believe Aspen won' t be profitable till year end...too many hurdles of a start-up.Only gullbles swallow shitty Aspen like its caviar.UG investors ought to be more discerning.Solid results out tonight,
more profit than Aspen, more dividend than Aspen and certainly much better guidance than Aspen' s low  margin contract that won' t see light till end of the year !

1.  Making gloves is NOT rocket science but if so easy, why only Malaysia dominates in this industry?
2. Distributor will assist fully in all the tech requirement, set-up production lines. - Why only appoint now when all the equipment and machinery are fabricated and going to be installed by March 2021? Also, why would a distributor want to assist in tech-requirement and setting up of production lines? Different skill set and knowledge on distribution business can apply to manufacturing?
3. Aspen has yet to produce a single piece of glove - quality standard is unknown! Why would UG tarnish their own brand name with a new player whose products have yet to receive any certifications especially FDA?
Lastly, why pay someone who has yet to produce US$100 per 1000 pieces when UG has 1.7 billion capacity ready = 500 million in March 2021 and 1.2 billion in June 2021?
If Aspen has such a big buyer, should at least disclose the Distributor' s name and also show pictures of their superb production facility building and not an artist impression.
I will continue to support incumbent glove players.

Bro because i respect you and want some engagement haha. First, making gloves is NOT rocket science. Nothing about Not Proven. Second, READ, the Distributor will ASSIST FULLY in All the Tech Requirement, Set-Up of Production Lines bro. Third bro, the demand is too high for gloves. if I am UG rather than haave a new playeer (OEM first for 2021 than OPM for 2o22), i rather work with them buy up their supply rather than let them go work with TG or Kossan or others.

Bro I don think so. Ug expanding own lines. They will not outsource to aspen when it is not proven. But I respect your latest thread on aspen. I may re load if it breach 25 tmr or at 255 i see can get some or not. Good night

btw UG fans, I suspect UG is the Buyer/Distributor of Aspen 2021 entire production of 1 billion gloves. Not named but if u reaad their aannoucement, description fits UG to the tee
Some resistance at 73.
If it breaks 73 tomorrow, next level can easily go up to 77 then 85.
next 2 days still up up ?
hope next stop reach 75 ? hee hee

OBM in your footnote stands for Own Brand Manufacturer. I totally agreed and wonder why there are
still people selling their precious shares. How can you make money when you keep selling low today and buy higher tomorrow? Space age logic or what? It' s downright strange to treat real caviar as shit.

Hartalega expects glove ASPs to rise by 50% in Q3
Wednesday, 13 Jan 2021
PETALING JAYA: Hartalega Holdings Bhd is set to benefit from an increase in average selling prices (ASPs) over the course of its current financial year, in view of the global glove shortage.
CGS-CIMB said in a report the company expected its glove ASPs to rise by 50% quarter-on-quarter in the third quarter of its current financial year ending March 2021, as well as a 40% quarter-on-quarter increase in the fourth quarter.
Hartalega is also of the view that ASPs could still increase from the first quarter of 2022, given the current severe shortage in global glove supply.
In our view, Hartalega&rsquo s ASPs will still lag behind its peers in the second quarter of 2022.
CGS-CIMB said Hartalega believed that there would be a global shortage of 120 billion gloves annually for at least the next two years, due to higher demand from both healthcare and non-healthcare sectors, owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Despite aggressive capacity expansion plans from both existing and new glove makers, demand is unlikely to be fully offset by the incoming new capacity.
This is given difficulties in securing raw material supply, not having sufficient workforce, higher costs to comply with Act 446 (of the Workers&rsquo Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990) and construction delays due to the ongoing pandemic.

--------------------------------
Note: Malaysia glove companies can control glove prices as they have 65% to 68% of world glove market collectively.
OBM manufacturers like UG will benefit greatly from glove shortages.. Dyodd.

The super duper real strength of UGH is still very mch unfelt by would be investors. Anybody who has done global distribution knows the precious competitve advantages of direct selling with own brand.
This allows a company to dictate its own ASP without kowtowing to middle OEM or wholesale distributors This is the one solid reason why I am holding UGH till it achieve it' s truly deserving
price of $3 and beyond.
