ONE SELL and you will miss that 10ct upmove.

agree with you with the exception that the future NAV may be lower. but that said its still a steal provided it resolve most of its uncertainty by 2024.

Haha, me too, from loss to gain 😄 . With all the negative comments & warnings during the fall, I did not expect the price to rally back. Thought I would be stuck, the only consolation being can at least collect dividends. Lucky for us now, and all those who hang on. Congrats!
