Maybe,... if nobody wants to buy and nobody wants to sit at the CEO position, the best thing to do would be to selloff the assets and return the funds to unitholders. Unitholders shld rally together to make this a reality. If we continue to wait and wait like this, only one party will benefit - the BOD,... and the majority shareholders too,...I think,...' cos, the time may come soon that these SSHs can then ' tear apart' the assets and salvage whatever $$$ that can be reaped.
CEO resigned (on paper) but remained till today. Nothing really changed.

Not long ago, retail investors mounted a no confidence deal to remove the ceo of the reit, unsuccessfully.  The result was more or less the same - the ceo resigned and the majority holder who would have benefited from the kelong Changi property deal voluntarilycancelled the deal .  Sabana' s price  rose for a while but now has retreated again.  I think this time its harder to rally the retail investors, bearing in mind the controversy of the different opinions of retail investors.

Time for all to act together with the major shareholders to kick out the lousy management and the rest...although it was not successful the last round...
Do we still want to hide or to come out together for a good change...Sabana can be back to $1 n above again!

What IF mgr claimed still can't find suitable ceo and old CEO to continue
Beware..this stock still got great potential..
Don't need to talk it down....once it run up..it will be too late...

Sabana become a useless stock not likely to recover.

New manager ? Who ?
Personally,I think Sabana will be better off opening up its options rather than narrowly focus on ESR.The sell down will be a great opportunity to buy on dip.The NAV is about 57 cents so at todays price of 0.41 is a good entry level.Honestly nothing fundamental has changed and in fact a new manager will be on board .Should be a change for the better.
CEO last day supposedly 31dec2017.
Very timely end of strategic review couple of day before. Let's see if it's final he leave office . But so far haven't hear any update of replacement. Can't find better one after six long month?

Think there better yielding REITs with better prospects - both yield and capital gains wise... will only enter below 38cts..

Really can't expect much from a resigned CEO in the strategic review.
Now that you say, this strategic review sounds like a big joke.

Sabana going to ride up the wave soon...Great potential...
The rest of the reits are mostly overbought and may subject to downwards trend....

So the outcome after a big strategic review, the CEO leaves?
So much expectation and then this?
So much expectation and then this?
So apparently, there were probably people who knew the inside news that the talks would have failed and traded down during the past 2 weeks, resulting in the downward movement of the share price the past 2 weeks.
