This proves that business does not require to own alot of asset to do well in their share price so stop emphasizing NAV as impt factor as it come in play when company goes bust. So far Q& M is the leader in their field there is no need to look at their NAV as for now. As for PE, can always compare with the company in the medical field. Raffles medical Group has PE of approx 27x thus QM PE of 21x the most is comsidered slightly overvalue. Anyway stock market does not look at fundamental all the times so as long as Bb is happy to go long or short it will happen. 
Please give your view only when you are a master of chart. Keep emphasizing fundamental here does not help your short position anyway
