Will not die one lah... IT Service company, doing security solution, hardly got big machinery... Not need to store materials or finished stocks.. no obselete risks at all.. No big fixed costs and perpetual maintenence fees revenue.. Company dun need to built so big transaction for fun, got to pay brokerage fees, Bb commissions... Aiyo... Sure got motive one lah. Dun know the target price only...

Just think out of so many companies.. why the govt. agency look for it.? So called guarantee collection. U think how much u price your biz..?.. assuming 3 times + shell... 6.5 cents liao... Next FS.. NAV should be at least 2 cents... So work up 8.5 cents liao..

Rex also a jem, it just took in a lot of preference shares but clearly stated no conversion of shares, if I am not wrong, no voting rights also... Rex treasures it shares... Preference shareholders basically take interest in the term of fixed % of return...

Totally no volume at all, which I great feel there isn' t any great obstacle at all for this gem rocket up.
But, for the safety.
