the SBB does not happen every time a share pulls back. The share has not pulled back enough for the mngt to go ahead and do a SBB to support the share price. They will either let it fall around .4 level before executing SBB or let the share price stablise and in time correct itself. The share price does not impact the management as such because in SG there are no bonuses tied to the market cap and share price.
Where is the Share Buy Back? Cannot trust this S Chip

somehow I don' t think they will execute SBB atleast till before next earnings release. And I think they want a significant sell down to around .4 or lower atleast before they start executing a SBB. Remember management has taken an approval for SBB but they are not obligated to execute it. They will do it only when they see tremendous value in it. At current levels its not good enough for them. They would rather use the cash for expansion projects or keep it on the books till an opportunity come up for SBB.
