Let me share a big secret with the regular few bros here. Talking about Capitaland, most people do not know that the boss of Adventus has a very very very close relationship with Capitaland but he tries to keep it a secret.
Years ago, Adventus bought a prime residential land in Vietnam HCMC, the address is  381 Ben Chuong Duong, Cầ u Kho Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (see link to the announcement below).
Subsequently, Adventus sold that prime land to Capitaland. Announcement was made but Adventus did not mention the name of the buyer(Capitaland). Capitaland also made announcement about their acquisition but likewise, they did not mention the name of the seller(Adventus). But the same address can be seen from announcement of Capitaland (see link below for the address shown in Capitaland website).
With such a close relationship, there is very good chance for Adventus to have a future collaboration with Capitaland. When that happens, the regular few of us here are gonna Huat big time.
I am not sure whether or not it is ok to share this secret which they tried to keep. I felt this need to get it off my chest but I do not intend to share it to more people via the other bigger stock platform InvestingNote. So I am just sharing it here with the regular few bros.

Management said they will make further announcement on the development of both Hospitality Properties. There is no reason not to do so, since all staffs and shareholders are eagarly looking forward to this positive annouccement.

Which shows that currently, company is unable to secure any such loan from financial institutions, that was why the boss himself provided the loan to company.

Which means if company wants to expand, it needs to get new funding which can either be loans from financial institutions or equity, or both. For either, they will need company share price to be higher than current. BB will do the work when the time comes.

Due to the construction of the 2 Hospitality Assets and the Covid-19 disruption, Adventus did not recognise any revenue for the past 5 years and share price was beaten down to current level.
For immediate and foreseeable future, things can just get better from here and share price should trend higher when both the properties starts recognising revenue and profits.
