Today the homily chart show that there are a long red bar appeared, buyer start to buy the stock today. When people think Yoma, they will straight away thinking of KFC stores in Myanmar. Yes, correct. They are opening more KFC stores and generate the higher revenue. Base on the current 1H FY2019 profit which is 21.1 million(Announced today), and compare with the entire FY2018 profit amount 33.9 million,  the 1H 2019 profit is already achieved 62%, which mean  the entire FY2019 is expected to achieve better than FY2018.        The net asset for Yoma in current 1H FY2019 is 900Million where FY2018 was ONLY 743Million. The highest price for Yoma in entire FY2018, is $0.60.  Now the price ONLY $0.30.  Mean the price have more room to grow. Any of these : Poliitical Chaos within Myanmar ....or US hitting Myanmar with Sanctions (like Iran) will make Myanmar - linked stocks share price to plunge. US geo political "games"

 

Anorher Big Worry is : US will purposedly target China strategic ally Myanmar to hit at China. US did it on North Korea. Next they will most probably target Myanmar . Watch .

Just for your info, nowadays company are looking for alternative low cost labour market to open the factory, as China and Thailand is no longer cheaper in labour cost. Fighting between US and china also benefit other region market as well.
Myanmar and cambodia become the target for the company to invest and open the factory there. Few of my friends(big boss) have started explore and invest in these two market.

I m worries Myanmar will be targetted by mighty USA for sanctions like Iran. Geo Politics USA SAUDI IRAN CHINA MYANMAR

 

In this weak market, only strong stock will survive and keep rising like Yoma.

FOREX losses wiped out the profit.. going forward hope they manage this. Don' t know a very good reason for this upward movement.
