lots of shorts, already many selling to buyers not knowing about 1 for 1 bonus, will be burned badly the next weeks

If price is $1.50, its PE would be almost 10x with only a yield of less than 4% (even if business is not affected and they are paying the same dividend - it will be diluted).  This price is not sustantable.  Please be careful.

hey buyers, actual paying at this price is double due to bonus issue, all transactions will be down as any 1st time buyer will just head direct to developers and developers for sure will bring down comm for agents, why pay 3 to 8% when walk in buyers could just get the discount from developers, just ask and wriggle through and may also get some ID offset

Then bonus share 1 for 1 $1.93 / 2 = $0.965
The theoretical Ex Div cum Ex Bonus share price for today is $0.965
Some buyers this morning may be confused. Thought good bargain ?
