I made some from this counter earlier on and buy back at 2 and 3. Will hold for a while. I got burn by IX Biopharma jin jialat. Lucky cut lost early.

Thankfully not .... but i was looking at healthcare stock ... quite disappointing leh .... thomson medical also not run by healthcare people ....
someone mentioned about RTO .... took a closer look
hmmm .... found so many forms of raising money past, now (convertible bonds) and future (rights issue) .... aiyomah
hope this junction got kind souls to share your thoughts .... i might be wrong in my assessment as such put in a disclaimer.
maybe the bridge board was unclear and now has become clear and wanting to do a good deed .... turn over a clear leaf or RTO is helpful for them and the existing stakeholders

this rights issue is not toward the acquisition and the private coy valuation is US$330m
how many million or billion shares are going to be issued for the purchase ... crazy lots .... it is horrendously dilutive to even buy in at 0.003
