Thats the tactic all recent ipos employed. If the response from the public is bad, the starting price wil be bad. Now the pricing is decided by the inst players

Only 2.5 mil public shares, another money game for the big player.
Even lucky to get the allotment, most likely going to be 1 or 2 lots per person.
Closed on 28th
Ipo closed already at 12pm today if I am not wrong
