Hi, does anyone know if there is a due date for me to go to the share registrar and hand over my share cert? I&rsquo m overseas and will only return late this year.

Hi Everyone, I just received the physical dividend share cert. Was Wondering whether to sell now as director reduced his shares recently (Seen from Spiking).

When will we know how much Sino Harbour shares do we get?
Realised the share drop a lot :(

The value of your entitled Sino Harbour shares is S$0.27168 (3.513xHK0.46x0.1681).
Your breakeven price for Pan Hong on a ex basis would be $0.40-$0.27168 = $0.12832.

But bear in mind Pan Hong' s NTA is actually about $0.25 after the distribution is specie but it is unlikely to hit that level.
In fact based on yesterday' s Pan Hong closing of $0.305, the break even price for an investor who bought  Pan Hong yesterday would be $0.03332 if he can sell all his entitled Sino Harbour @ HK0.46.
