small quantity of $0.335 cleared. $0.33 buyer queue increased.
The accumulator seems to have been more willing to buy at $0.33 vs $0.325 and $0.315 previously so it looks like a slow and steady upward movement towards mid May H1 results.

but the Seaside Residences TOP was in Feb so in the Half Year ending March, Keong Hong should at least return to profit (albeit lower than H1 last year)?

The board of directors Board Company Group refers to the announcement dated 30 December 2020 in connection with the Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern section included in the dated 23 December 2020 on the audited financial statements of the Group for the financial year ended 30 September 2020 FY2020 Financial Statements Previous Announcement . This announcement is to be read together with Note 4 to the FY2020 Financial Statements attached to the Previous Announcement. The Board wishes to provide further updates that one of its joint venture has attained TOP for its development property recently. convincingly cleared $0.325 with 202 lots. buy queue at $0.32 also ballooned to 200 lots.
yah, super slow and long term stock. just that downside now protected at $0.315.
