Undiscovered gem - time to have it polished?

Observed very Strong support at current price and continuing accumulation....Company have 171 mil shares only....Could it another Cityneon/MM2/Best world?....Awaiting....

Trading at a significant discount (8.3x PE ex-cash of 2.8x) compared to its Malaysian peer, KESM (13.2x PE) yet the operating metrics are all better than KESM. All cash and cash equivalents (liquidable) amount to about 62% of the company (net cash with negligible debt). 

Trading at 1.0x PB essentially buying into a company at 0.35x PB. 

Since turnaround, had 10 consecutive quarters of positive operating cash flow, 2 consecutive years of free cash flow (FY15 and FY16)

Increasing dividends since turnaround - translates to a yield of about 6.2% presently.
