The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Zixin Group Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and, together with
its subsidiaries, &ldquo Zixin Group&rdquo ) wishes to provide an update to shareholders regarding the progress of its
