the deal for capland. 1 clim share + $0.951 + 0.155 cict share
tricky here as it all depends on what one think will be clim share price after listing.
if assume nav $2.823 $2.823 + $0.951 + 0.155($2.11) = $4.10
so capland price now $3.76 is a discount. or market is valuing clim at $2.483
cict price is not significant to the calculation as 6.451c changes is roughly 1c on the final price only.
think people may be selling reits areits, cict, etc (even outside of capland group ) to buy capland if they believe that capland could trade nearer to 4.1 as time pass.

I think it will never go down below $2 and later may rise higher
well if u strongly believe so, can try to move it down a few bids and see what happen.
I know no additional shares issued, but think of CL as a major sh who doesnt sell its stake. Now this major stake is transferred to many shareholders who probably will sell. So this cause price to fall... when mkt anticipates major sh selling?
Hi, sorry for being a noob but is anyone able to help understand the CICT entiltement. Like for example 1 Capitaland Share = 0.15CICT under the conversion?
No leh....No more shares will be issue. Just distribute from Capitaland original holding .

technically, isn' t CL just distributing it' s own holdings of CICT to its SH, so there should be NO additional issue of CICT shares....

The CL offer price priced CICT @ ~2.12. So I think it' s just a knee jerk reaction to this.
The whole deal won' t complete till end of 2021. Still a long way to go before CL SH get their entitlement to throw if that' s what they want to do.

Think CICT will drop tomorrow as shareholders from Capland get free CICT ... same like Sembcorp ind get free SCM ...
