Reuters and Bloomberg covering GSS dividend policy . Hopefully some funds see GSS as a proxy to engineering plus O and G .

 

Yup ! Can see the accumulation by the props . Just a matter of how much . Would be solid if can move past 0.18 today .

They have expended most of their capex and is now waiting for fruits of labour . It makes sense to rewar shareholders with $200k for every $1 mil they make . It shows the management is very confident of GSS profitability and sustainability in the long run.

And it&rsquo s 20% at least. Looking forward, it means 20% of each barrel will go to the pockets of shareholders and they are digging more wells. With OPEC predicting price of Brent hitting 70-80 2H18, that&rsquo s very very good news for LT holders of GSS. Really cheers.

I think one to have take a look at the GSS report by RHB to know that the current situation with GSS is that it&rsquo s undervalued right now. Oil production will come into play now in 1H18 and will definitely improved the financial performance of GSS as the current P& L do not take into   consideration the sales of about 200 barrels a day of oil in 1H18. The analyst indicates 0.25 as a target price based on his calculations. I would say it is fair target based on his valuations but I would say this stock will be at least $0.20 since the current price has. It factored in yet the profit that comes with oil. With Brent hitting usd$65 last night and will continue to rise based in OPEC estimates , that will be a usd$390,000 additional income every month for GSS based on usd$65 x 200 x 30 days model. At this is a conservative estimate as GSS has said more could be produced if possible. The plus side is GSS no loner needs to add Capex for this oil field. This is a big bonus for GSS. At 0.171/0.172 , GSS is a steal.

DYODD based on the fundamentals and the price action. sgyuan can only provide the EW analysis and we are grateful. For mid-term and long term, investors may fnd this level as very good value, esp on Fri, it gave those who missed out a chance to grab at 170, 171 again.  I holding on a bit, in anticipation of the potential big haul when GSS starts to monetise the O& G from Q1. Their PE biz is still growing with new capacity.  For traders, then it' s a punt on whether we see a continued momentum of buying next week. No one can time the market but i can see that this stk is stilll on uptrend, baring any unforeseen circumstances. Pls look at the charts (daily, weekly & monthly). Hwevr stk price nver goes up or down in a straight line, and thus the waves in EW provdes a guide. My plan: if price cannot stay abv 170 the next few days, then i' ll cut.
