IPC has an NAV of $0.969 but AP is acquiring the stake based on IPC?s last market price of $0.415 :)
Based on Oei and Ngiam? combined holding of 40 mil shares, AP would have made a paper gain of $22 mil !
But Oei will be the biggest winner because he scooped up all the under-subscribed AP shares @ $0.003 (and comes with free warrants exercisable @ $0.003).
Post acquisition AP would have an NTA of $0.008 !
