hope MAS or security coucil investigate fully so that investors have a level playing field.
In this country, we preach governance, transparency, integrity n exemplary leadership so religiously, n hand out award after award to galvanise positive behaviour. But have we inadvertently erected an impregnable facade of false bliss n security behind which the devil runs the most motorious workshop?
I beg ur pardon .... did I hear wrongly .... er .... just got some mighty award leh. Not possible to imagine this kind of thing happen, right? Com' on Spore!!!!!!

Sometimes, when u get a sense that people seem to be mkting share px, n seem like chasing awards too u just don' t feel comfortable .... Almost tempted to speculate in this one .... fortunately, px already got too high before I tried to jeep.

I have posted that serial system shares shd be traded carefully. This shares have never benefits the shareholders. Look back when it was listed. Many have lose money including personal friends of the owners. Up to today many have not recover their original money invested. So trade carefully.

The Board of Directors of Serial System Ltd (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce that Dr Derek Goh
Bak Heng, Executive Chairman and Group CEO, has been requested by the Monetary Authority of
Singapore (the &ldquo Authority&rdquo ) to assist in investigations in his personal capacity concerning the Securities
and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore.
The Company understands that it is not the subject matter of the aforesaid investigations by the
Authority.
The Board of Directors wishes to emphasise that the business and operations of the Company and Dr
Derek Goh&rsquo s roles and responsibilities as Executive Chairman and Group CEO are not affected in any
way by this investigation and will continue as normal.
The Company will make such further announcements as required if there are developments on the
aforesaid matter.

i dont see value in serial system shares. I have dispost of when the price was up 3 months ago. There are better bet on other counters
tis is mainboard listed, so will be share consolidation or tsf 2 catalist? any expertise adv? thx.

You must be joking. Why do you want to do that when the counter closed at $0.198. Technicals appear to be weakening.
$0.20/2.05 is a major barrier to crack. Especially considering the overall market condition, I would not want to do that at the moment.
But I am no guru.
