Weak 3QFY14 results were largely expected. Net profit plunged 59% y/y to $38.4m, in tandem with a 66% decline in revenue to $153.2m, on lower contribution from development properties. Revenue comprised sales of L&rsquo VIV, progressive sales of Foresque Residences, and additional units sold at Helios Residences in Singapore, and contributions from Jesselton Hills in Penang, and The Lakeview in Suzhou.

Wing Tai Holdings could see further correction after initiating a strong bearish reversal at its 9-month key downtrend resistance and $1.88 key horizontal resistance on significant volume yesterday.
Indicator turning bearish.
The MACD has fallen below the centerline, suggesting that the downside momentum is accelerating.
Target price at $1.60.
The counter could possibly slip further towards the next key base at $1.60 (key troughs) in the weeks ahead.
Stop loss level at $1.92.
Meanwhile, we advocate a stop-loss exit for short sellers around $1.92, which is slightly above the firm resistance of $1.88. ...last:$1.805...
