also, technically, the fundamental basis to open or not is not Singaporeans want to.

The qn is whether it is time. And then you check whether the checkboxes have been ticked.

I have exited so my words should be taken with your own due dilligence.  But my view is for young investors to wait until it reaches fair value.  The correction is bound to happen.  You cant have something rise too fast till above its fair value and continue rising some more.   

just my thoughts on this. 

Everything will be factored in the prices.

1.7.. thinking to lock profits. Thanks for advice bro. 

Wasted a few chances when covid started to lock profits.  KNN always sell down at weird time catch us off guard.  I just worry today evening.  Now dunno issit just small retail investor feeling hopeful mid day.

Then later catch us with our pants down again. NB.

U holding how many avg price ? Mkt is forward looking . They are pricing in when phase 2 open . If u worry then sell all now and buy back at 1 plus level since u feel will reach . Then u can have a peace of mind . But remember to buy back . Dont regret in 2021 or 2022 .

Bro, based on the mkt news almost every small business cant tahan anymore. The lucky ones whose lease are expiring are all throwing back the keys to the landlord. 

1. Tenants are decreasing in number as more small businesses are closing down. Rate is growing steadily as reported CNA. 
2. Landlords are now lawfully obligated to provide rental subsidies to tenants. Everyone Cham. Where got income
