MUST had successfully kicked the can on financing down the road. Now pending PRIME to refinance the debt due in months. If they can do that, it will be an even bigger catalyst reprice higher.
The Catalyst is simple. It is PURELY the Fed Reserve speaking that they might cut rates by a few % in 2024.
This causes Re-pricing of all Reits based on their current High yields.
Prime US will reprice above 30ct within a month

I did some calculations and estimating the valuation of the prime properties when compared with the open source property valuation of similar properties in the same location. It is not looking good. Short term this stock may shoot up due to speculation, but once the dust settled, fundamentals will take over. Till then just don't get ur pants caught down.
