Good news. The disposal of Loh & Sons paint has been terminated. That means the company will probably grow it as a revenue stream or sell it later at a profit instead of at a loss now.
Should see the share price heading to more than 10 cent again.
You told me to sell it before XD.

$2,700,000 loan was converted to 18,000,000 shares at $0.15 by Mr Lim Teck Chuan on 24 May 2016.

I hope u didnt forget about the loans and borrowings.. net cash is actually just about 10 cents per share.. the big dividend is likely not sustainable, and it comes from one off disposal of assets..
