Their Chariman once said their share should worth $3.75. Now oil dropped by 60% worth should be around $1.50. The chairman should scoop up all the shares cheaply now. When market turn rational, he will be laughing all the way to then bank.
If he does that, he is the chairman. If not, he is a saleman.

this counter very strong, not affected by Rex Intl.
going to follow the fall of Rex Intl.

I expect a sudden drop to 20 cents
