Might be a trading glitch... cos more than 50&% of the volume for the whole day was done at this price. Not only this counter. Quite a few counters had the same issue.

Will S -Malls Reits behave like CapitalR China & Sasseur Reits steadily rising ? China malls foot fall was reported to have recovered more than 80% since.

Everywhere so many people today. Will it behave like China with revenge shopping when all restriction lifted. Heard many restaurants fully booked for Father Day.

If so, no harm to continue holding it and earn the quarterly dividend. Price will sure continue climbing.

Ohh, didn't expect much from 1half alrd...think market also priced in...hopefully things goes well from 2half onward...and CMT price now is probably held up by the strength of merger counter party CCT. Near term better to sell CMT and buy CCT as CCT probably still got dividend, long term better to buy CMT now as CMT is trading at a reasonable discount to CCT and all I said is provided that merger is still going as planned.

Tony mentioned, in short,... : there are more pressing issues to look at it !

At this current moment, same price as per closing yesterday,... ie $2.14

1) Shocked ! There will be NO INCOME for the mths of April, May and June. So,... DPU could be zero for the relevant quarters ?
2) A survey was done by an Aussie co. :  After the pandemic, what would people do with regards to malls compared to pre-pandemic times ?
a) 70% said no chg. They would continue to go as per the earlier frequency pre-pandemic.
b) 13% said they will go more.
c) 17% said they will go lesser. This group is worried abt they job security.

Emm,... my interpretation was not every retail would be granted, and there will still be some rental income for those months. And June was annouced this afternoon,....

Not news ba, the portion of them needing to grant rent-free rental for 2 months was made known weeks (or was it months) ago.
