BBs whacked e price down enough le.... time to load up for that Massive 30% yield. Keppel will help pull strings to reduce the lerverage and to help w refinancing at good rates. March 2.4ct divvy , lets go.

Actually , wait for their results then decide. May buy some KORE below 20ct. If the valuations r not too bad. Remember, US FED likely will modulate rates this yr.

KORE plunged likely because it delayed its FY results w/o reason and date. But its full year ppty valuation ' ' just' ' dropped 6.8% (compare with half-year 8% drop for MUST). Let' s see how PRIME fair in this regard.

Careful guys, don't touch k e p p e l o a k s.. it will drop at least 10 cents. Why, because if you look at the numbers it's earnings as well as is Leverage is similar to Prime us. However it is priced at 27 cents compared to only 18 cents for prime. I would wait for a k e p p e l o a k s to drop to about 20 cents before initiating a position. They have not been hit by the initial drop hot enough and our currently overpriced although I do not expect any danger to their finances.

But from from what I can see the Prime us reit consists of Class A property and they're leasing in the third quarter has actually improved over the first and second quarter. Most of the office reit with issues , with regards to Leasing , are in less than 10% of the older Office Buildings not in the buildings that Prime owns. Their leasing rate is still above 85% even through 2023. And I do not believe that the evaluation will drop by very much based on the recent leasing activities as well as the rental rates. In any case they do have a very large buffer of up to 12% based on the current asset valuations , before they hit the 50% debt/asset leverage mark. The latest CEO was the previous CFO and he is an accountant. They also have a new CFO who is an accountant. In such scenarios, where interest rates are rising, I am actually quite confident in the current management because they have more than enough financial accountants within the top management to ensure and look forward to preempt any leverage issues and financial pitfalls. Lastly their backers are Keppel and temasek holdings, they hold up to 30 to 50% of the shares , which I believe they will assist to ensure that no liquidity issues or leverage issues arise in their Investments. I am not a pumper, and if things dont look right, i would just as easily sell this in a second. But meanwhile, hold and prosper guys.

Yes, I bought when Prime was on its way down to 0.123. My price is higher than 0.123 but lower than current price. No, I have not sold yet. Still holding. Even then, cannot help feeling depressed when the price keeps going down. I am not good in deciphering financial reports and charts. So I hope you are right and will be rewarded. Thanks for your summary of the pros!

Admire your resolute. I would have given up if I see 200k USD profit. But if the pay out for u is ard 90k usd this coming quarter, it made sense to hold on to it. Good luck!
