CATALIST-LISTED BlackGold Natural Resources announced on Monday it has commenced confidential discussions with various parties for a possible fund-raising exercise.

In a filing to Singapore Exchange, BlackGold said discussions are preliminary and no definitive agreements have been entered. It added there is no certainty that the fund-raising will materialise.

Shareholders have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the company.

BlackGold's shares closed up 1.3 Singapore cents, or 13.5 per cent, to finish at 10.9 Singapore cents at the end of trading on Monday.

This stock is tricky.   It requires you to have patience.   Still make a little from it.

Then, i saw the sell queue 1 pip above me get withdrawn and suddenly the stock flew up. Whoever is manipulating this stock is very sly. In the morning, use fake huge sell queues to lure short sellers in, then remove them and push up, panicking short sellers to cut loss up and up. At the same time luring opportunists coming in to buy too. Then finally he lured enough people to buy up the price, he changed to shorting in the afternoon all the way down, panicking the opportunists to cut loss down and down.  This tactic is so effective when buy and sell queues are small.    Koh Eco seems to have this similar trend coming up too. up 0.017 in a day with only 2 mil traded. buy and sell queues are the same, very little.  johnnywalker      ( Date: 03-Mar-2017 14:10) Posted: Have you covered back already? 0.09 support seems robust(?) anw don' t have stomach for intraday shorting stuff so now spare some amt to hold

 

Bring some charcoal to the pawn shop..see whether they will give u 1 buck :)
