highly unlikely they can continue to distribute dividends when MUST and KORE cannot.

A trap? A bargain? Hmmm This will shoot back up if they keep the distribution

MUST restructured. KORE just announced dividends suspension till 2026 to preserve cash. PRIME likely somewhere in between.

With KORE halting distribution.. dont think prime will be much better.. fingers crossed..

For now will not take further position until clearer picture.. will just hold my current small position

Interested, but I think will wait out abit more. There maybe a better entry price point.

freeme      ( Date: 14-Feb-2024 09:40) Posted:

Last mentioned a higher margin of safety is at 0.15.. which hits today. Those whom are interested to take a position can consider at this price point..

My position:
1st entry - 0.2
2nd entry - soo

taking into account for MUST 2023 drop in valuation, 16% + 8% = 24%.
If Prime also drop with the small percentage for full year 2023, its gearing will go pass 50%.. not that good..
Need more margin for safety before we entering.. a good price for entry if available would be below 15cts in my opinion.

See whether PRIME is able to refinance its debt due to this year.
...
With the Federal Reserve signalling that it is done hiking interest rates, it is likely more deals will get done in 2024, according to Mr Jamie Woodwell, head of commercial real estate research at the bankers group.

&ldquo Volatility and uncertainty around interest rates, a lack of clarity on property values and questions about some property fundamentals have suppressed sales and financing transactions,&rdquo Mr Woodwell said on Feb 12.

&ldquo This year&rsquo s maturities, coupled with greater clarity in those and other areas, should begin to break the logjam in the markets.&rdquo

Yup, i think asset valuation may drop by abt 6 to 8% which wont break any loan convenant ( similar to KORE devaluation ) but this wld be stable for 2024 , mainly becos the US FED is done raising rates. They prob hold rates stable or drop slightly. Dividend should b around 2ct half yrly. Which would be 4ct a yr. Anyeay , Happy New Year everyone ! Huat ah !

Not point speculating until results are out, likely just before 60-day deadline, 29 feb. I' ll be happy if they can continue to pay dividends w/o breaching loan covenants

I have the same feeling on no updates. Currently, bracing for impact.
But you are right. It is going to be CNY. We should explore 50% glass full rather than 50% glass empty.
Maybe maybe maybe, when KORE and Prime both delay coincidently, could it be merging talks in progress ?  cheeky
