But next move ideally should be to test the 405 again after recovering from 355. If it breaks either 405 or 355 then I believe the trend (and individual TPs or Stop loss) follows accordingly.

Can' t give you a definite because MA still haven' t caught up and the last time Vicplas was in this range was in 2001. But on a short term perspective, yesterday' s 355 resistance is today' s 355 support.
