Any information on when the merger with CCT might be completed? Last I checked, they said end 2Q 2020
Yeah it might be hard to break beyond 2.2. Is hard to predict

If it does recover to 2.2x, I will sell. The current outlook does not seem strong enough for me to want to hold it for longer term.

Well said 👍 Thats why GE has to hold asap. Govt cannot tahan. Biz also cannot. Retrenchments coming. People has to eat but cut costs. Dine out will drop. Cooking helps to save. Thats why sheng siong share up. Logical. Clothes? Buy online la. U see alot of window shopping but no sales.

True, one thing good about CMT... most of its malls are in heartland estates... Not focusing on tourists, sporean will still need to dine, buy clothes and stuff in these malls.
Not like orchard or suntec areas... With no housing estates nearby, tourists spending is more important for those malls.
