NTP+ is a F&B, retail mall at Lorong Chuan. You can use the vouchers only at this NTP+mall. It's like capitaland voucher that can only be used at Capitaland malls loh.

wow.. now that the Sabana manager is under pressure, they are throwing $20 NTP vouchers to us, its just like after shareholders voted them down at the merger, they gave us more dividend.
i would say VOTE NO to them and next year they will give even more NTP vouchers to us!!
yes, usually they will send it to you by post, as boardroom will have your name and address once they receive your proxy form and can mail it to you..

How do we get the NTP+ voucher after mailing the proxy form? Do we need to attend the AGM or they just mail us the voucher?
It?s a shame they paid so much money for professional advice whose only advice is to advise them to accept ESR merger.

Remember this is going to be the 3rd attempt ESR is going to merge with Sabana. They are resorting to all the tricks in the book for another low ball merger. Kick out those independent directors who are not on our side. Vote them out this AGM. If not, we are to be blame. The just wasted $2.7 m on the failed merger on professional fees. Pared down the assets from 57 cents to 51 cents. Making non independent directors independent overnight. Do your part. Vote them out and make sure you use your right now to voice out your dissatisfaction
