today is the 3rd day of positive closure, it mean not a dead cat bounce. it is good sign of that investor are picking on again after selling.
when the is a bigger volume, it means institution fund are returning to buy up.

2. or whenever there is any doubt, it is better to cut lost

$26.xx is a good price to slowly accumulate.... eventually it'll clear $30 again. All the best!

One other thing to note is that Jardine (the controlling shareholder) has begun to buy more shares at S$28.83 so they clearly think it' s cheap.
Yup, forgot about the Indonesian elections this year. Could have an impact on Jardine CC due to its holdings in Astra.

US election ?? Still far away and I don' t think any business link between Jardine CC and US.

Some statistical studies shows that capital goods shares tend to fall in an election year up to the election because people tend to delay capital purchases due to uncertainty. This then more than recovers post the election results.
Not sure if this is what is driving the Jardine CC share price - just putting this out there as a possibility. |

I managed to clear my holdings last week. Now I will start to accumulate slowly, whether it's heading up or going down.

Not really. Last Friday (19-Jan-24), it shot up $0.91. But yesterday and today erased the gains. Maybe pump up to dump to innocent retailers. BBs very treacherous ... ???

Underlying Indonesian economy looking very strong.
Also 2024 elections - govt will shower goodies to win votes and then bask in honeymoon period which will last for a while. |
