According to HPL, no charges have been filed against Ong. "He will be travelling from 14 July 2023 and will be surrendering his passport to CPIB upon his return to Singapore. He has been given a notice of arrest and has posted bail of $100,000.

 

Wonder if anyone still remember about the Nassim Jade incident?....

Why is there no clarifications or follow-up to the BT article on applications to amend Master Plan received and published by URA?

As a result of the weekend article, HPL shares traded from 3.59 to a high of 3.99 on
Monday.

Neither HPL sees it fit to respond nor SGX sees it appropriate to query HPL on what is not a rumour but an actual application submited to URA.

Wondering whats going to happen to the Anguila public carpark between Wheelock and Four Seasons Hotel. 

 

HPL should do a placement like 10-20 million shares. Then got liquidity , can play.

All they need to do is to own an additional say 1.6% of the total 521.3m shared listed or 8.35m shares. They will exceed the 90% threshold to allow for privatisation and hence delisting. If I am not wrong, Temasek is a 60% majority partner in Cascuden. Hosayliao!
