1. revenue up 46% - from $251 mil to $367 mil
2. profit up 98% - from S$14 mil to S$27 mil
3 dividend yield of around 4.0 %% - based on full year div of 0.0078
and on current price of 20.5
4. revenue n profit improved for 9 continuous half year
or for 4.5 continuous years
5. revenue n profits are boosted by high gold prices n lower rate
interest environment
6. trailing p/e is 7.0 X and dividend yield is around 4.0%
7. management comment positive:
" Barring any unexpected developments,
the group expects to acheive continued business growth and maintain profitablity
in 2025"

This is what got my attention. Company thinks its own shares are good value.
High gold price = higher profits from sales and ability to lend more as the value of collateral goes up
