Perhaps but it is ok. Slowly accumulate as per plan. Founder has been buying even as high as 90 cents as recently as couple of months back. Just a small position to take a stake since this stock is dividend paying so as long as it doesn' t go kaput I think a 10-20% drop is tolerable but of couse hope it doesn' t come to that! If big institution wants to shift out for whatever reason, they simply become determined seller and there is nothing we could do but accumulate.

Maybank initiates Parkway Life Reit at &lsquo buy&rsquo with S$4.10 target on strong growth prospects!!

Like the Singapore-based IHH hospital assets/properties above,
RMG property assets in Singapore are massively and significantly undervalued on the RMG books compared to their market values.

DR Loo must know this, that' s why he was the largest buyer of shares within 2024!

dydd.

" From 2018 to 2023, Raffles Med reported total cumulative fair value gains from Investment Properties were a  mere 3.3%,  while the generated revenues from these properties increased  by a whopping 55%  (from S$29.2 million in 2018 to S$45.2 million in 2023).

As a result, RMG investment properties rental yield % (annual revenue divided by carrying values) has steadily increased, reaching an impressive 18.4% in 2023 compared to 9.4% in 2018.
In contrast, the local hospital Parkway Life REIT, has averaged a ~6% annual rental yield during the same period, due to its regular fair value gains on Singapore hospitals.

In 2023, Raffles Med sold one Singapore property from its PPE portfolio for S$518,000, which was a  200 percent premium  over its book value of S$174,000. This further supports our thesis that RMG&rsquo s prime Singapore properties are being severely under-appraised.

It is also worth noting that RMG changed its Singapore appraiser in 2021, moving from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to Colliers International.

The Group owns prime real estate in Singapore, which accounts for the majority of the Group&rsquo s net asset value, specifically through its Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) properties and Investment Properties (IPs).
These Singapore properties make up approximately 60 percent of Raffles Medical net tangible asset value, based on our estimates.
A correct and market-reflective valuation of these properties is critical for the benefit of all shareholders. "

IHH is actualy real estate company involved in healthcare. just look at their debt levels. how many hospital actually operate with that level of borrowings

alexvar      ( Date: 07-Jan-2025 11:09) Posted:

it is high time for RMG to go private by Dr Loo and his 2 children, who are directors.
They have been terrible to RMG minority investors for several years now, unlike IHH Healthcare.

Pace of SGX delistings may not slow down in 2025: analysts
With 20 delistings in 2024, SGX faces ongoing challenges from low market liquidity, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and the growing appeal of private funding

Fully foreign owned and operate China hospital is actually hard to crack by foreigners. RMG has a headstart. Most others are just real estate landlords.

rmg should put more cash to work and borrow in CNY since interest rates is now so low. Their idle cash pile shld be use to ramp up investments in China.

As substatial shareholders they are also bleedng themselves!

China is a difficult operating business environment. RMG would be bought by those tycoons in China

The Loo family is a substantial shareholder.

Add and average down your holding cost and take the ride with Dr Loo.

Something positive will hapen. Not easy to build and obtain a licence to operate a hospital any where in the world.

I see value but be patient
