Sales is picking up at The Antares, 14 units have been sold in May so far. Total 107 out of 265 units sold. Crossed the 40% sold mark.

Keong Hong announced a loss mainly due to forex. On the upside, its Maldives resorts have recovered to 60% occupancy rate. Buyers emerged at $0.335 today.
According to ERA website, another 3 units of The Antares have been sold in the past week and 100 out of a total of 265 units have been sold. 165 units to go.
Foreign worker levy rebates for construction, marine and process sectors to go up from $90 to $250

SINGAPORE - About 15,000 firms in the construction, marine and process sectors will get higher foreign worker levy rebates between May and December, given the manpower shortages and increased costs brought about by Singapore' s tightened border measures.
The rebate for each worker will be increased from $90 to $250 per month, said the Manpower Ministry (MOM) in a statement on Saturday (May 8).
These sectors play an essential role in Singapore' s development, it said, adding that government agencies are working to transform these businesses and reduce their reliance on manpower through the industry transformation maps. This will help the affected sectors become more resilient to future shocks.
" However, these efforts will take time to bear fruit," MOM said. " In the immediate term, the increased costs continue to weigh heavily on these firms."
This is why the higher rebates are being given out.
The first round of higher rebates for the month of May will be paid out in June. Employers can consider using these rebates to retain existing workers and bring in work permit holders from lower-risk countries or region, the ministry added.
The Government will decide closer to December if there is a need to further extend the rebates.
The rebates are part of a broader package of measures to support the affected sectors. For instance, it recently made it easier for employers to hire workers from China by easing a skills-certification rule.
The authorities have also provided further contractual relief for prolongation costs for public sector construction contracts.
The news comes after MOM' s move late Friday (May 7) to stop accepting new entry applications for work pass holders from higher-risk countries or regions.
Also, work pass holders from higher-risk places who were approved to enter Singapore before July 5 will no longer be allowed to do so.
However, exceptions will be made for workers needed for key strategic projects and infrastructural works, such as those from the construction, marine shipyard and process sectors and migrant domestic workers.

i. The Antares project has engaged marketing consultants and agents in promoting the project. The marketing consultant will provide feedback to the management on customers responses.
ii. Sales has always been on-going although at a slower pace. The management will continue to work closely with the marketing agent to attract potential buyers.
iii. The units sold earlier were mostly lower floor units with lower PSF. Towards the end of 2020 and this year, more high floor units were sold and hence push up the average PSF. The management believes the sales of the project will pick up as the buildings come off the ground and potential buyers can better understand the development on the actual site.
The project sold 24 units in 2019 and 44 units in 2020. 13 units were sold from Jan to Mar this year. In April alone, at least 12 units were sold.
Based on URA caveats, 93 out of 265 units have been sold. The pace of sales seems to be picking up as based on ERA' s website for The Antares, there are 168 units left. That implies a further 4 units have been sold between 26/4 and 2/5.

so far market transacted 73,100 at $0.340 and 44,500 at $0.345 after half an hour.
but volume still low. so far only 10,000 shares done at $0.35.

$0.345 cleared, albeit on low volume of 74,100 done at that price.
300,000 shares buy order on queue at $0.34 not fed.
85,000 transacted at $0.34 and 35,000 transacted at $0.345 so far today.
33,800 shares transacted so far, all at $0.345. Not sure if slammer will still come in later and bash down again or not.
