Rise b4 results on monday

Time to accumulate and pick up at this price level for the coming ride up

This stock is not a trader' s stock as the price movements are not significant. Even if a trader were to make profits on short term trading, the profits may not be very exciting. This is a long term buy-and-hold stock, good for holding for at least more than one year or even many years to see capital growth.

There are more developments in its few current expansion projects coming this year, so this year' s performance should still continue to be good. Its revenue has increased about 15% on its full year 2016 results y-o-y to reach a new record high abeit operating profits only increased by a mere 1 to 2%. This is because various costs and expenses have risen over the past one year especially associated costs and expenses due its expansion projects locally and in China.

Despite the increased costs and expenses (due to its current expansion projects) such as increases in consumables and staff recruitments for its new projects, its operating cashflows and free cash flows have increased over the past one year. If the current new projects should deliver good results as anticipated by the medical group this year, the new projects should further contribute to their revenue and operating profit this year and in the future years to come.
