Tmr Mr Qei will fry it to 0.008 c ?...let wrt holders to exercise at 0.003 .....AP than got money to pay IPC some deposit money ...also printer money to print nore shares for AP to use free of charge...so both side will happy...

Based on Oei and Ngiam? combined holding of 40 mil shares, AP would have made a paper gain of $22 mil !
But Oei will be the biggest winner because he scooped up all the under-subscribed AP shares @ $0.003 (and comes with free warrants exercisable @ $0.003).
Post acquisition AP would have an NTA of $0.008 ! |
