$Intl Cement^(KUO.SI) Some may view this chart as a triple bottom or double bottom or is set to break even lower.
My view is that the chart presents a triple bottom at the moment. The triple bottom chart pattern is a rare, but extremely effective reversal pattern. It&rsquo s rare since the successive creation of three equal lows doesn&rsquo t happen quite often. Therefore, the double bottom is a more frequent chart pattern as it requires one low less to happen.
On the other hand, its scarcity makes it a very strong and powerful pattern. The sellers are extremely exhausted after three consecutive attempts to break lower, which makes them exposed to a rally as buyers feel much more confident after defending strong horizontal support.
The triple bottom formation doesn&rsquo t have any apparent weaknesses. Actually, its biggest limitation is that it doesn' t occur quite often, otherwise it would be the strongest reversal pattern out there.
That said, watch out whether it can rebound from 0.054 decisively

Over value stock is like that one.
56 become the resistance.
53 is the major support.
53 will need some bad news to break to see 48.
Yes, 55 is attractive. It tends to move up 3 pips once the BB steps in.

This is a good piece of news for the ICG cement plant based in Kazakhstan. A pity that ICG does not report quarterly anymore, but one can expect quarterly announcement updates on Business.
" Steppe Cement said on Tuesday (13 Apr) that it sold 265,556 tonnes of cement for KZT 4.88bn (£ 8.2m) in the first quarter, representing increases of 13% and 22% respectively."
" The AIM-traded firm said the Kazakh cement market in the first three months of 2021 increased by 12% year-on-year, while its market share rose to 13.2% from 12.6% a year earlier."
" It said the average price for delivered cement in the period was KZT 18,384 per tonne excluding VAT, up 8% over the prior year."
