Should not go below $4. There is a huge 2.6 mil vol at the $4 bid price.

Notice that MCBs are falling also. Bonds carry risk and will correlate to mkt sentiments of the company. Just that its less volatile than shares and can recover principal if company doesnt collapse upon maturity.

SIA need to fly more to cover all the losses in first half but 2nd half wing is clipped, how?
Expect full year with big losses. Next year how to give dividends?
No bonuses for year 2020 (Year of the black rat)
Think those responsible for the fuel hedge losses should have their pay cut and no bonuses for five years.

Trade with prudence and DYODD

I think share market reflect ard 6 months later of current situation
So with good news for Covid-19 treatmeat and possible vaccine, SIA is good to hold for growth with TH support

I think the only trade for SIA shares are just punting.  buy low when the forum is quiet and sell high when the forum shout  " HUAT huat" .
Serious investors have long left the party.  Just the ah Gong hanging around to bail out the airline.    Seriously!! consider:
1)    Exactly who is SIA flying to singapore???  Tourists going to pay $2200 for test and 14days quarantine??  And Singaporean flying out of Singapore??? If kena covid will pay ownself 100000k for medical stay at our hospital.
New Papers
#3: All travellers to bear the cost of testing and SHN stays
All inbound and outbound travellers who enter or leave Singapore from June 18 will be required to pay for their compulsory Covid-19 tests. For those who have to serve out their SHN in a dedicated facility, and are not Singaporean or a Permanent Resident, they will have to pay for the full cost of their SHN stay at the facility.
A Covid-19 test can cost up to $200, while a 14-day SHN at a dedicated facility is $2,000.
All costs for SHN and Covid-19 tests have been borne by the Singapore government up until this point.

2)    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-06-16/air-travel-update-facing-layoffs-pilots-consider-new-careers?srnd=premium-asia& sref=ySX0qCKr  -  Other airlines need only a billion or 2 for bailout as they are getting fitter and trimmer.  SIA need 8 billions.  Why??  Other US airlines already flying,  SIA planes are mostly parked in the deserts but the crews  and managemnet are getting paid.  I dont see in SIA any urgency for cost cutting and everyone is just waiting for the recovery . Compared with other airlines already accepting this as the new normal.  State enterprise seldom are able to compete and with giant subsidy usually end up as one big white elephant.

Best is to plant ourselves instead of depending on other countries for supply incase this covid mutates into a more powerful virus then lockdown will again siah..where to get veggies ..Though SFA said that virus cannot be transmit by food , but I think it can just like bird flu ,mad cow dieases etc ... Things that we cannot see doesnt mean that it doesnt exist, just like wind we cannot see but we can feel , same as electricity etc...
