Not only that, the results show that Office Occupancy has even gone up! Prime occupancy went up in the last 2-3Q now above 85%.

Most brokers wont bother. unless you are big fish. You have to go get the withholding tax form, when they officially declare the ex-div and record date and MAKE SURE you submit the form before the record date.otherwise 30% loss in withholding tax is quite alot.

yes, you have to send back the US tax form to indicate that you are exempt from the 30% witholding tax on US dividends for this reit otherwise your dividend will be taxed 30%.
Unitholders who do not submit required U.S. tax forms completely and accurately will be subject to an effective withholding tax of 31.97% on the tax-exempt income distribution. The U.S. tax forms are required to be reviewed and validated by the appointed processing agent
